These are the cuts available when processing deer with us. You will fill out a cut sheet upon animal drop off.

ROAST

You'll choose one option.

You'll select "yes" or "no".

STEAKS

You'll choose steak thickness and # of steaks per package.

BACKSTRAP

You'll select which you'd like.

SPECIALTIES

You'll select which you'd like. 10lb minimum for all specialties.

  • Original Summer Sausage ($3.50/lb)

  • Original Summer Sausage with Cheese ($4.50/lb)

    • Cheddar, pepper jack, or mix​

  • Breakfast Sausage ($2.25/lb)

  • Jalapeño Summer Sausage ($3.50/lb)

  • Jalapeño Summer Sausage with Cheese ($4.50/lb)

    • Cheddar, pepper jack, or mix​

  • Jalapeño Cheese Bratwursts ($4.25/lb)​

PRICING

Deer must be picked up within 3 days of notification.

  • Standard Processing Fee: $125

  • Cape for Shoulder Mount: $30

  • Cooler Deer: $1.75/lb 

    • Specialty Meat available for additional fee​
